ONE TEASPOON RETURNS POLICY
THE BASICS
We accept change of mind returns for a Store Credit Gift Card (valid for 12 months) if returned within 30 days of purchase.
We offer full refunds only for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent items.
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:
- ✔ Return within 30 days of your purchase date
- ✔ Item was not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” (unless faulty)
- ✔ Original packaging included (dust bags, shoe boxes, jewellery packaging – no need for clear plastic)
- ✔ Unworn, unused, and original tags attached
- ✔ Hygiene-sealed items (swimwear) must have the seal intact
ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM RETURNS (UNLESS FAULTY):
- Final Sale items
- Swimwear missing hygiene stickers

All exclusions are clearly noted on product pages.
WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE
- Change of mind / incorrect size: Store Credit Gift Card (valid 12 months)
- Faulty / incorrect item: Full refund to your original payment method
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless order was faulty/damaged.
We do not offer exchanges.
STORE CREDIT GIFT CARD INFO
- Issued via email in AUD (converted from your local currency).
- Valid for 12 months and usable globally.
- When redeemed, currency conversions are live and set by Global-e
- Store Credit Gift Card value is for product value only (not shipping/duties/taxes).
TERMS & CONDITIONS TO RETURN:
- I confirm the items are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with their tags still on)
- Items must have been delivered to the customer within the past 30 days
- If using a return label provided by the Return Portal, the cost will be deducted from your Refund or Store Credit Giftcard once the return is received and processed (unless item is Faulty/Damaged/Incorrect)
- I understand Refunds or Store Credit Gift Cards will be processed only after the items are received by us and inspected
- Returns for change of mind (including incorrect size chosen by customer) will receive a Store Credit Gift Card valid 12 months for the value of the item(s) returned
- Only damaged, faulty, or incorrectly sent items may be returned for a full Refund
- Final Sale items cannot be returned unless damaged/faulty/incorrect item was sent
- I agree that items not meeting this return policy may be rejected and sent back at my expense
