ONE TEASPOON RETURNS POLICY

 

THE RETURN RULES:

We allow returns for change of mind purchases in the form of a Store Credit Gift Card* (valid 12 months) if returned within 30 days from date of purchase.

We allow full refunds for faulty or damaged items or if an incorrect item was sent.

 

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of your purchase date.
  • Item(s) were not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty.
  • Item(s) must be in the original packaging, which must be in original condition. This includes dust bags, shoe boxes and jewellery packaging. You don’t need the clear plastic packaging.
  • Item(s) must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached. Items sealed for hygiene reasons can only be returned if the seal is intact.

Where can I return my purchase?

  • Online orders may be returned via the instructions below.
  • Purchases made in-store may only be returned in-store, and please make sure you have a copy of your receipt with you.

Are there any exclusions from the returns policy?

Due to hygiene standards/requirements, some items are non-returnable, unless deemed faulty, for example underwear, earrings and hair accessories. If an item is not eligible for return, it will be called out on product pages and/or at checkout.

Can I return Sale items?

Yes, you can return sale items unless the product is marked as "Final Sale" or “Non-Returnable” (subject to the Australian Consumer Law). We will always let you know if a particular sale or promotion excludes returns on the product page and/or at the checkout.

  

RETURNS POLICY:

Subject to the exceptions below, if you are not happy with an item you have received, we will issue you with a Store Credit Gift Card if you return the item to us in the manner set out below.

  • Items cannot be exchanged.
  • We do not provide refunds for incorrect choice or change of mind purchases.
  • Delivery Fees are not refundable.

Exceptions:

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Swimwear if missing hygiene stickers (for hygiene reasons)
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons

Once we have received the item(s), we will issue a Store Credit Gift Card if:

  1. (a)   we receive the relevant item(s) within 30 days from the day you placed your order; and
  2. (b)   the item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed (including dry cleaning), with all labels, tickets and (to the extent possible) original packaging intact.
  3. (i)   All footwear returns must include all tags and shoe bag in its original condition
  4. (ii)   All swimwear returns must have hygiene liners still intact and hang tags attached.

 

*STORE  CREDIT GIFT CARDS POLICY:

  • A Store Credit Gift Card will be issued via email address used to place the order and will be valid for 12 months

  • Store Credit Gift Cards are issued in Australian Dollars converted from your local currency for the amount of the returned item’s total sale price only at the time of purchase (does not include duties, taxes or shipping) and will be sent directly to your email address associated with your account.

  • Store Credit Gift Cards can be used in any region internationally. 

  • When redeeming a Store Credit Gift Card, the amount will be subject to an exchange rate conversion set by Global E. These rates are based on interbank rates of exchange and correspond with the average aggregate exchange rates that would otherwise be applied in an e-commerce transaction. 

HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN:

Pack the items you're returning with their tags still on in a parcel package and follow the below instructions based on your location.

If you live in Australia:

Use our easy Australia Post Returns Portal to easily print a label and drop off to your local Auspost Office or Red Auspost mailbox.

 

If you live anywhere else globally:

Use our easy DHL Express Returns Portal to easily log your return.
Please make sure you add a # hashtag before your order number. You need to write your order number in the "ORDER ID" field in the format of #99999 with a hashtag at the start of the order number +  add your email address.
There are two ways to return:
  1. You can log your return in the portal and use your own preferred local mail carrier or courier to ship the parcel back to us.

  2. You can use our easy DHL Express return service and generate a pre-paid return label that is deducted from your refund/Store Credit Gift Card. Then simply drop off the package to your local DHL centre or organise a DHL pickup.

 

After the product is returned, you receive a refund if the item is damaged or faulty, or for change of mind or incorrect size we offer Store Credit Gift Cards.
